By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Party Paper Presents for the sale and supply of any custom designed products.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by us as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you. The information you provide is only available to us and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request for us to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the these Conditions, you agree to the above.
All products remain Party Paper Presents property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from us.
All transfers conducted through us are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Online Sample and Product Selection Terms
Actual colors vs. online images can vary from monitor to monitor and do not always accurately portray the actual color of online samples and images are simply representational only. Every printer calibrates colors and ink differently, prints may be sightly different than what is viewed on your monitor. Please also note that no two items are ever alike, every order placed is custom and an exact match to what may be viewed on an online sample such a place of text, graphics, etc. will slightly vary product to product. Online samples, graphics and text may appear larger on product samples and not necessarily for print, there is a maximum print area that varies product to product. Mock-up designs are samples only and are intended to give you a visual, please keep this in mind when ordering custom party products as well as color selections and customer choices that are fully up to the buyer, we have little control over colors and what may be viewed online. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that a product or print color will be an exact match to the colors represented on your device/computer/phone etc.. We do our best to represent product colors for you to make selections based on your needs, party theme and can make suggestions but cannot be held responsible for the actual choices placed within an order. It is nearly impossible for us to know the exact colors, type-style fonts you may like best or the colors or fonts that suit your taste - each listing shows color charts for you to select from to help in the online ordering process.
Manufacture notes Foil Stamping vs. Digital printing methods
Foil Stamping is a more dramatic graphic art then printing with ink, but differs in several important ways. Please note when using foil, on intricate detail and tiny print, fill in will most likely occur (gold and silver foils are least likely to exhibit this tendency but may happen) Foil adheres to the surface rather than absorbed like ink and unlike ink may be rubbed off (when ordering guest towels less foil is best if the guest towels are used in wet areas) to help prevent this possibility. Although we will be happy to advise you on the likelihood of fill in, we cannot be responsible for the above conditions as it is the industry standard of foil stamping method in the USA
Party Supply Size Terms
Cup Sales and Party Products in general, best practice when ordering cups please read each listing for approximate size available for intended use. Listings include measurements and should be helpful when selecting just the right size item. Keep in mind cup size in fluid ounces is the total amount of fluid when a cup is filled to the brim not including ice. Cup sizes are measured in Ounces (oz) and indicate the total fluid volume when a cup is filled, without ice. The displayed ounces (oz) are intended to be an approximate measurement and are not a guarantee of exact volume If you have questions about a particular size please inbox us so we can guide you. Each cup, napkin, plate and so forth has a certain purpose and are available is several choices. Cup sizes are approximate and are not a guarantee of exact volume, it's best to order a cup size up if you are not sure. Also please note, Napkin sizes can vary by color ordered and size is approximate which is the industry standard here in the USA.
Shipments and Production Time
Please allow time when planning, design time and production time. Turnaround time is five to seven business days for production without a proof if you are in a rush, seven to ten business days with a proof request and up to three to five days to ship depending on where your custom products will ship to. Please plan enough time for important dates. We also offer RUSH service for a fee and have expedited shipping methods. (contact us for rates) RUSH service is only available certain times of the year, and may not be during high volume ordering seasons; holidays, wedding season, graduation etc.. Orders requiring a proof cannot be rushed, only after a proof has been approved may a RUSH be placed on an order. Our commercial printer reserves the right to refuse RUSHED orders certain times of the year HIGH VOLUME ORDERING SEASONS and or on low stocked inventory. We have limited control over shipments once they leave the warehouse, shipment schedules are not guaranteed- anything beyond our control would have to be brought up with FedEx or UPS. Always allow enough time when ordering for important events! If you are unsure when an item might ship send us a message and we can give you an approximate ship date.
Lost in Transit or Damaged Shipment | Human Error
If your order arrives damaged or was lost in shipping transit, any problems with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Lost in transit orders must be reported within 7 days of non-delivered items, anything beyond that time frame is considered shipped on our end. If you do not receive your package after tracking it you must call the carrier to make a claim with them. They will start a trace and begin the investigation process for you to make a claim on non-delivery. If your order was damaged during shipping, please keep your original packaging as proof. The carrier will schedule a time with you to inspect the damage.
If your order was not filled properly please contact us so we may help you through the process on which route to take. From time to time errors do occur, if there is a mistake on your part, we will be glad to reprint your order and apply a 10% discount on a replacement order and should you need to have your order redone, it will be processed with a courtesy in plant rush (usually 2 -3 business days). Additional time may be needed if a proof is required or if the order is being filled during busy seasons. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS and items as such may not be returned due to the custom nature of the product. Thank you for understanding!
Events outside Social Graces & Company's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that we are released from any obligations to fulfill; Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from postal services. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Offers & Promotions
Free shipping offers and special promotions qualify once a certain dollar amount is reached on one qualifying merchandise order or a percentage off which is calculated on select items per offer (before shipping and handling charges) shipped within the U.S. only - economy shipped orders do not qualify for Fed-Ex, UPS or any overnight service. Coupon offer codes must be entered at the time of purchase in order to receive any discounts for offer to be applied. Offers cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers, discounts, promotions or credits. Not valid for resale.
